In May 20, 1841, 10 students at Union College created a society with emphasis on the fraternal & social information of the brotherhood, like than the literary characteristics of existent societies. Chi Psi occurs when fraternity of several firsts, existence the number one social fraternity, likewise as a foremost fraternity to establish a central home, or even "Lodge" when it is referred to.
When of January of 2005 Chi Psi consists of 30 chapters, apiece of the two known as an "Alpha". Chi Psi's official colors come purple & gold.
